The Cook role is onsite in Little Falls, MN, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. At Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, the kitchen team prepares meals and supports guest satisfaction. The cook prepares menu and prep items to company standards, maintains food quality and cost controls, and keeps kitchen and storage areas clean and safe. The role also coordinates with kitchen managers and front-of-house coworkers to support timely service.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu and prep items according to recipes and guest requests
• portion food accurately and follow FIFO standards
• maintain kitchen, prep, cooler, and storage cleanliness
• follow food safety, handling, rotation, and storage procedures
• communicate product, service, equipment, and safety issues
• assist with dishwashing and restocking
• support front-of-house cleanliness and guest service.
