Landscape Sales and Account Manager

The Landscape Sales and Account Manager role is based onsite in Webster Groves, MO. Target on-target earnings are $75,000–$95,000+ per year, including base salary and commissions. Timberline Landscapes provides landscape maintenance, seasonal color, and snow and ice management services. The role combines account management and sales to retain and expand landscape maintenance accounts, secure renewals, and develop enhancement projects. By coordinating client commitments with Operations and pursuing profitable account growth, the manager supports revenue growth and a positive client experience.

What you'll do

• Sell landscape maintenance contracts and identify enhancement opportunities within an assigned book of business
• manage client relationships and support satisfaction and retention
• coordinate handoffs to Operations on contract details, scope, and service commitments
• prepare and distribute monthly billing and invoices
• conduct client aftercare walkthroughs after enhancement projects
• network with past clients and professional contacts to generate business.
