What you'll do

• Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and operations
• develop an IT roadmap
• design and maintain cloud, network, server, and end-user environments
• lead cybersecurity and GxP system validation and compliance
• oversee Microsoft 365, ERP, eQMS, and laboratory systems
• manage an IT team member, service providers, budgets, vendors, licensing, and technology investments
• maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• oversee onboarding, offboarding, asset management, and technology lifecycle processes
• support SOX IT controls and audits.
