What you'll do

• Lead daily Lobby Services operations
• ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulations, and service standards
• develop and communicate policies and best practices
• coordinate and deliver training
• advise on complex customer and operational issues
• support new products and operational initiatives
• monitor performance and recommend improvements
• maintain knowledge of retail banking products and systems
• provide branch coverage and teller support as needed
• coach and mentor staff.
