What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying company policies, procedures, standards, and training
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• supervise shifts and manage operations in the General Manager’s absence
• assist with administrative duties, evaluations, and scheduling
• support food and labor cost goals
• coach and develop Service Managers and employees
• maintain guest experience standards.
