What you'll do

• Review menus
• prepare and serve meals, including therapeutic diets, according to menus, recipes, and special diet orders
• assist with meal service
• complete required forms and reports
• coordinate dietary services with other departments
• follow sanitation and infection-control procedures
• maintain clean and safe work and storage areas
• assist with inventory and storage of food and supplies
• and maintain confidentiality of resident information. Supervise dietary staff as assigned.

Why this role
