Pharmacist — Specialty Infusion Pharmacy

The Pharmacist role is onsite in Canton, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 per year. The pharmacist supports Soleo Health’s Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, which provides complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services. The pharmacist delivers clinical pharmacy services for infusion therapies, including compounding, dispensing, and monitoring. The role also supports safe, compliant pharmacy operations and coordinates with clinical and administrative teams to promote patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services
• comply with pharmacy laws and regulations
• supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel
• coordinate with nursing, intake, reimbursement, sales, and marketing
• support quality initiatives, staff training, procurement, inventory control, insurance authorization, documentation, and pharmacy on-call rotation
• maintain clinical and controlled-substance records.
