What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and patient flow
• coach and support Medical Assistants and front desk staff
• manage scheduling, timecards, performance, onboarding, and training
• support eClinicalWorks workflows
• monitor compliance, operational metrics, patient satisfaction, and productivity
• resolve escalated patient concerns
• monitor supplies and equipment.
