What you'll do

• Support customers and contracted service providers
• coordinate with team members and vendors
• provide updates on findings, follow-up work, parts, urgency, and downtime
• assist with incoming product inspections, controller programming, equipment testing and repair, and root-cause analysis
• provide rotating after-hours technical phone support
• coordinate service visits and travel
• complete service, warranty, and trip reports
• maintain service checklists and database records.
