What you'll do

• Follow the Sales Manager’s direction in booking and pursuing business. Find leads through tele-prospecting and internet research
• assist with marketing plans and sales budgets. Follow up with guests, coordinate meeting-room setup and client requirements, confirm payment arrangements for events, gather feedback, and pursue future bookings. Organize and track sales data and provide follow-up support in the Sales Manager’s absence.
