Production Associate — 2nd Shift

The Production Associate — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Gaffney, SC. Base pay is $16.00 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour second-shift differential. The role supports Cornerstone Building Brands’ manufacturing of exterior building products. The associate inspects extruded products, checks quality and dimensions, prepares and packages finished products, operates fabrication equipment, and maintains production paperwork and a safe, clean work area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; the posting states benefits start on day one.

What you'll do

• Inspect extruded products for appearance, size, and functional defects
• assemble and package bundles to specifications
• operate fabrication equipment
• identify production issues and assist with line changes and shutdowns
• communicate product quality and work status across shifts
• complete packaging paperwork
• maintain supplies, cleanliness, and safety
• assist with training new hires.
