• Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on the pediatric acute and critically ill patient.
• Organize, implement, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care.
• This plan will be individualized, family centered, and holistic.
• Participate in MCCH initiatives and process improvement.
• Maintain high-quality age specific care for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and young adult population.
• Support the mission, vision and values of the organization.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN required within 24 months of hire if hired after 6/1/12

Experience

3-6 years RN experience in pediatrics; Minimum of 3 years Hospital Experience in Pediatrics
