What you'll do

• Wash dishes and clean the restaurant
• prepare food according to the standard operating procedures
• maintain product quality and portion standards
• stock line stations
• keep work areas and kitchen equipment clean and sanitary
• handle, store, and rotate products
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods
• follow kitchen closing checklists
• attend scheduled team meetings
• perform related duties as assigned.
