Field Service Technician, Filling and Packaging Equipment

What you'll do

• Travel to customer assignments
• interview customers and troubleshoot machine problems
• perform electrical and mechanical repairs
• modify or edit PLC programs
• document and repair missing or bypassed safety devices
• train customers in equipment operation and maintenance
• support machine startups under senior technicians’ direction
• prepare service, acceptance, and expense reports
• inspect customer spare-parts inventories and recommend additional parts as needed.
