What you'll do

• Lead incident, problem, service request, change, and knowledge management
• resolve BY WMS production tickets and perform root cause analysis
• provide permanent fixes for recurring issues and solutions to operational problems
• manage tickets and monitoring tools
• maintain daily incident and service-request status
• document issues and resolutions
• coordinate with customers and offshore teams
• handle P1 incidents through resolution
• lead junior production-support resources
• participate in on-call rotation during non-overlap hours and weekends.
