Facility Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to facilities tickets and perform basic maintenance and repairs
• manage office mail, freight, and vendor shipments
• conduct campus walkthroughs and safety inspections
• build and adjust desks and workstation equipment with IT
• coordinate office moves and desk reconfigurations
• support event setup and logistics
• escalate complex building issues to vendors or property management.

Why this role
