Children's Services Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise and support the childcare program and providers
• assist with childcare
• ensure policies and procedures are followed
• orient parents and assess children and parents as described
• provide parenting resources and guidance
• monitor program outcomes
• assist with school enrollment and transportation
• maintain schedules, calendars, and records
• coordinate events and field trips
• serve as CPS liaison and volunteer supervisor
• provide crisis intervention and shelter or hotline coverage
• serve as manager-on-call monthly, including after-hours and weekends.
