The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading Kilter’s Sales Team across all Termite and Pest Control branches, specifically covering the area from Long Beach/LA County to San Diego County. This role drives revenue growth, exceeds sales targets, supports Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, and fosters a positive, high-performance work environment. $80
