Certified Sterile Processing Technician

The Certified Sterile Processing Technician role is onsite in Round Rock, TX. Pay is $24–$30 per hour. The position supports sterile processing at Advanced Surgery Centers and reports to the Director of Nursing. The technician decontaminates, assembles, sterilizes, stores, and distributes reusable surgical instruments and equipment. By maintaining instrument readiness, inventory, and infection-control standards, the role supports safe and timely surgical care.

What you'll do

• Decontaminate and sterilize instruments, supplies, and equipment
• assemble, wrap, and sterilize instrument trays
• monitor wash solutions
• sort mismatched sets
• restock, label, and maintain inventory
• collect and distribute instruments and equipment
• maintain work areas
• verify equipment function and report maintenance needs
• follow departmental, safety, environmental, and infection-control standards
• report regulatory concerns as required.
