What you'll do

• Perform machine changeovers
• clear jams
• clean machines and perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot metal and plastic product issues and mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
• adjust or fabricate bowl-feeding systems, tracks, fixtures, and tooling
• diagnose and repair electrical issues involving sensors, relays, servo systems, motor controls, and PLCs
• adjust robot positions and troubleshoot errors
• document machine and tooling changes and equipment history
• maintain spare-parts inventory
• communicate machine status with production personnel and automation technicians.
