What you'll do

• Develop and maintain long-range, weekly, and daily flying, simulator, and academic training schedules
• coordinate with operations, training, aviation resource management, maintenance, wing scheduling, and external agencies
• track aircrew qualifications and training progression
• schedule instructors, evaluators, aircrew, aircraft, simulators, and support resources
• maintain data in Patriot Excalibur and other approved systems
• resolve conflicts
• support last-minute changes, exercises, inspections, deployments, and special events
• provide updates and reports to leadership
• attend coordination meetings as required.
