What you'll do

• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, and rescue operations
• operate firefighting and medical equipment
• conduct fire safety inspections and fire-watch walkthroughs
• support battery-related fire response protocols
• inspect and inventory equipment and response vehicles
• provide Basic Life Support as an EMT until advanced care arrives
• participate in training
• document incidents and inspections
• assist with evacuations, debriefs, emergency plans, preventive maintenance, audits, and fire protection system reliability.
