• Lead and coordinate project phases from preconstruction through closeout

• monitor project performance, schedules, and expenditures through site visits
• oversee cost forecasts, cash flow, payment processes, and closeout plans
• manage project risks and promote safe execution
• maintain owner relationships and lead effective project meetings.

Why this role
