What you'll do

• Obtain medical histories
• administer medications and follow vaccine schedules
• restrain animals for exams and procedures
• take vital signs and collect laboratory samples
• fill prescriptions
• maintain laboratory equipment
• provide pre- and post-operative care
• wrap and sterilize surgical instruments
• educate pet owners
• assist with estimates, treatments, and front-desk tasks.
