The Tutor | Academic Coach role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. The position supports The Enrichery’s one-on-one tutoring and academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students. The tutor explains academic material and helps students build study and executive-functioning skills. Through recurring sessions and individualized coaching, the role supports students’ confidence, independence, and academic progress.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with elementary, middle, or high school students
• explain academic content and adapt explanations when needed
• help students develop planning, organization, time management, task initiation, and study strategies
• build supportive relationships
• coach students toward confidence, independence, and responsibility
• maintain recurring weekly sessions. The schedule requires at least 15 hours weekly, including four hours on Sundays
• sessions run Monday–Friday 3:00–9:30 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
