What you'll do

• Enter and validate less-than-truckload and truckload orders
• enter invoices
• contact carriers for pickup and delivery updates
• communicate delivery updates to customers through the TMS, email, and phone
• provide information to Operations to mitigate delivery issues
• maintain customer service under pressure
• assist with assigned projects and cross-training.
