The School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works onsite in Boyertown, PA, supporting students in the Boyertown Area School District. Pay is $30–$32 per hour. CCRES partners with schools to provide behavioral health services to individuals with special needs.

What you'll do

• Directly implement behavior-analytic instruction and behavioral support under close, ongoing BCBA supervision. Maintain RBT certification and current CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Intervention training. The school-based schedule follows the academic calendar, Monday through Friday
• listed openings have elementary hours of 8:15 a.m.–3:45 p.m. or secondary hours of 7:15 a.m.–2:45 p.m., with seven paid hours on a full school day.

CCRES pays for required clearances and TB screening. Applicants with completed 40-hour RBT training may be considered if they meet the stated 2026 training eligibility requirement.
