This senior, client-facing role leads environmental consulting projects from opportunity development and scoping through agency approval and completion. It combines technical delivery, project and client management, business development, and team leadership to deliver compliant work and grow Apex’s environmental and NEPA practice in Central Oregon and the Northwest.

What you'll do

• Lead environmental consulting projects, including assessments, NEPA reviews, permitting, and compliance evaluations
• manage scope, schedule, budget, contracts, risk, and quality
• prepare technical reports, plans, and regulatory submittals
• lead investigations and field activities
• evaluate data and develop recommendations
• serve as primary client contact
• coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• develop client and agency relationships, proposals, and follow-on work
• mentor staff and support practice growth.
