What you'll do
- Provide personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation support
- administer medications as trained and authorized and document administration
- support daily living, social, and independent living skills
- encourage personal choice and community participation
- assist with recreational, educational, and vocational activities
- maintain daily notes, incident reports, medication records, and program documentation
- help maintain a safe home
- provide transportation using agency vehicles
- monitor health and behavior and report concerns
- respond to emergencies
- participate in required training and staff meetings.
