The Safety Liaison (SL) is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This role supports the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs organization. This role exists to ensure the personal and physical safety of community members at the Center for H.O.P.E. The liaison monitors facility operations, assists with daily living needs, and acts as an advocate for community members.
What you'll do
- Monitor the front door and lobby, conduct pat-downs, and search personal belongings.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Report safety concerns and maintain daily logs.
- Assist community members with appointments and daily chores.
