What you'll do

• Develop and implement annual giving strategy, goals, timelines, metrics, and fundraising calendar
• coordinate print, email, and digital appeals and segmented communications
• manage donor stewardship plans, impact reporting, and follow-up
• oversee development operations and prepare executive and board reports and dashboards
• coordinate donor research and prospect identification
• support the CEO’s major donor portfolio and planned-giving tracking
• coordinate mission-centered cultivation opportunities
• use Acumatica and collaborate on data quality and fundraising reporting
• supervise and mentor development support staff.
