What you'll do

• Coordinate plans for each resident’s total care in accordance with physician orders, governmental regulations, and facility policies.
• Communicate nursing policies and procedures to staff and monitor their implementation.
• Participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents before admission.
• Attend daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, and resident concerns.

Why this role
