• Manage purchase-order processing and warehouse order completion
• ensure products reach picking lines and shipments leave on time
• oversee receiving, inventory control, and returns
• assist with customer-service orders and shipment issues
• train and supervise staff
• maintain warehouse equipment and cleanliness
• coordinate inventory delivery and pickup
• monitor staffing and productivity.
