What you'll do

• Manage clinical and behavioral operations in residential treatment programs
• provide residential treatment, skill building, programming, and behavioral health services
• manage and train Behavior Specialists/Analysts and Clinic Coordinators
• oversee Behavioral Technician training
• work with clients, parents or guardians, staff, internal professionals, and community partners
• ensure services meet applicable standards and regulations.

Why this role

Requires a master’s or doctorate in a human services field, at least three years of clinical services experience, at least two years of supervisory or management experience, and clinician licensure such as LSW or LPC.
