After-School Program Site Manager

The After-School Program Site Manager role is onsite in Opa-locka, FL. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The manager leads daily site operations, supports staff, coordinates student activities, and maintains safe, organized programming. The role also builds relationships with families and school partners and tracks attendance, records, and compliance so students have a consistent and engaging out-of-school experience.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support program staff
• coordinate schedules and daily assignments
• organize academic, enrichment, STEM, arts, and recreation activities
• manage arrival, attendance, transitions, dismissal, and authorized pickup
• maintain records and supplies
• communicate with families and school partners
• monitor reporting and compliance
• support positive student behavior.
