Recovery Coach

What you'll do

• Assess client needs and help develop and update individualized recovery plans
• manage a caseload and engage participants on an ongoing basis
• provide at least 1.5 hours of weekly support per participant and facilitate at least one group session weekly
• teach symptom management, coping, daily living, interpersonal, transportation, and anger management skills
• support clients in crises
• help clients access benefits and community resources
• collaborate with the Housing Team
• accompany clients to critical services when necessary
• support families and participate in team meetings.
