The Caregiver, Non-Medical Home Care role is onsite in Golden, CO, with compensation of $20 per hour. 2nd Family Home Care provides one-on-one in-home support intended to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, with RN Care Coordinator support. The caregiver assists with daily living activities, companionship, mobility, household tasks, meals, errands, and appointment accompaniment according to an individualized service plan. The role provides non-medical care, observes and reports changes in client condition or home safety, and completes required documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as appropriate
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• run errands and accompany clients to appointments as outlined in the care plan
• provide exercise and medication reminders only
• offer in-home respite care
• observe and report changes in client condition or home safety
• complete required documentation.
