What you'll do
- Develop product-driven gallium nitride epitaxial deposition processes using metal organic chemical vapor deposition
- plan and execute experiments
- analyze metrology data
- work with process engineering on process controls, uniformity, and yield
- coordinate with chip fabrication teams on epitaxy and chip co-optimization
- support quality systems and new product introduction.
