What you'll do

• Answer call lights
• assist with activities of daily living, bathing, ambulation, meals, and patient transfers
• take and record vital signs and intake/output as directed
• assist with equipment under RN or LPN direction when no license is required
• document patient status in the EMR
• report changes to nursing staff
• communicate with the health team
• and help maintain a safe, clean environment. Nebraska Nurse Aide licensure and Basic Life Support certification are required.
