Kitchen Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and service
• ensure recipes, quality standards, and portion controls are followed
• recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise kitchen employees
• maintain a clean and compliant kitchen
• order supplies and manage inventory and waste
• complete weekly inventory counts and monitor food and labor costs
• work with the Food & Beverage Director on menus, pricing, seasonal offerings, and banquet menus
• oversee storage, labeling, rotation, and temperature controls
• manage opening and closing procedures and kitchen systems
• coordinate equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
• assist with food preparation and service during peak periods and events.
