What you'll do

• Own regional service operations, staffing, coverage, performance, and customer retention
• maintain service execution, quality, safety, and contract standards
• manage regional services P&L with leadership
• maintain customer relationships and meet service-level agreements
• resolve escalated service issues
• grow service contracts through renewals and expansion
• hire, develop, and retain service managers and teams
• set performance goals and accountability measures.
