What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes or Kitchen Manager instructions
• follow kitchen equipment, knife-handling, cleanliness, food-handling, and sanitation procedures
• follow service, health, safety, and company policies
• attend required meetings and report ready at the scheduled time
• communicate with guests and team members
• provide menus, answer initial questions, and assist with special accommodations
• complete tasks assigned by managers or supervisors.
