Information System Security Manager (ISSM)

The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with a salary range of $115,000–$135,000 per year. The ISSM supports Delta Solutions & Strategies’ classified information systems. The ISSM maintains system security posture and leads Risk Management Framework authorization and continuous monitoring work. The role coordinates with internal security and IT teams and government representatives to keep classified systems secure, compliant, authorized, and operational.

What you'll do

• Manage RMF authorization packages, eMASS documentation, controls, artifacts, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring
• coordinate with government security personnel on authorization, assessments, inspections, and compliance
• maintain NIST security control evidence and system documentation
• oversee vulnerability management, patching, configuration management, logging, access management, and incident response
• track remediation
• support inspections and authorization activities
• provide security guidance and status updates.
