This role supports the Mattress Firm team in providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to help clients achieve better sleep. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a trusted sleep authority, enhancing the in-store experience by executing sales programs and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sleep Expert contributes to company goals by driving individual sales performance and KPIs while fostering a welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase.
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
