What you'll do

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and contractors
• conduct armed vehicle and foot patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, vehicle staging areas, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations
• monitor access points and screen for unauthorized entry
• prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities
• coordinate with transportation personnel and public-service agencies as needed.
