What you'll do

• Complete resident-focused maintenance requests
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, HVAC equipment, locks, doors, and interior finishes
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain work records
• prepare vacant apartments for new residents and coordinate turns
• maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
• assist with inspections and vendor access
• keep tools and supplies organized
• communicate updates and follow safety procedures.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.; no on-call responsibilities. Must hold or obtain a Special Boiler’s License within the first six months. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current insurance, and basic maintenance tools required.
