IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on technical support to employees, partners, and contractors
• prepare equipment and access for new employees and coordinate technology changes for departures or transfers
• troubleshoot PC and Mac hardware, software, applications, and connectivity
• support Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices
• administer devices and users with remote management tools
• manage tickets through resolution
• contribute to technology planning and continuous improvement
• collaborate with IT teams
• maintain documentation and cross-train with colleagues.
