Property and Maintenance Coordinator

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and perform preventive maintenance and general repairs
• maintain doors, locks, cabinets, shelving, drywall, flooring, furniture, and fixtures
• perform minor plumbing and permitted basic electrical tasks
• paint surfaces
• assemble and repair furniture and office equipment
• identify building concerns and refer specialized work to qualified professionals
• coordinate approved vendor and contractor work as directed.
