What you'll do

• Prepare estimates and quantity takeoffs
• review civil plans, specifications, and bid documents
• price equipment, labor, materials, trucking, and subcontractor costs
• assess project risks and opportunities
• develop business and contractor relationships
• coordinate with operations, project managers, superintendents, and field crews
• and support handoff of awarded projects.
