The Experienced Utility Line Locator is an onsite role based in Bellevue, TN, with compensation ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. This position is responsible for independently marking underground utilities to ensure safe excavation projects. This role exists to prevent damage to underground infrastructure by accurately locating and marking utility lines. The locator contributes to project safety and efficiency by reading utility maps, operating detection equipment, and communicating effectively with excavators and utility representatives.

• Operate detection equipment to locate and mark utilities
• troubleshoot difficult locates
• perform audits and damage investigations
• read utility maps
• document all locates
• respond to excavation notices
• work in all weather conditions.
